Return Policy

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

1.       To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2.       Your item must be in the original packaging.
3.       Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Policy

Here, at MIL your money is safe and sound. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds can be requested for the following conditions.

• If a return is not possible for any reason
• You want your money back after returning instead of a change in product
• If you receive a product, you did not order
• If the customer has a change of mind, they can cancel their orders before they have been dispatched

Refunds can usually take up to 7 days after receiving and processing returns.
If you have initially paid through a card, the refund can be sent to the bank account which can take from 7 to 10 days. (Can take longer depending on the bank).
If you have initially paid through bkash, Nagad and Rocket then the refund will be sent back through bkash, Nagad, and Rocket to your account in 2 to 5 days.
To get a refund, follow these simple steps:

• Provide your order ID details though e-mail.
• Wait for our confirmation about your request.

Kindly note, if we have sent any faulty product, the delivery charges or transaction costs for credit cards will be borne by us.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by MIL. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but are not limited to, political unrest, political event, political event, national/public holidays/official holidays, pandemics, etc also for the supplier delay for the mass number of orders and for logistic partners like courier services. Order after 4 PM will be considered as an order of the next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays/public holidays.

Note: It is requested to the respected customers to refrain from buying excessive goods by being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during COVID-19. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.

Exceptional Delivery: There are some exceptional items imported from outside Bangladesh. These items can take more days to reach you.
Inside Dhaka City: Our delivery charge 50Tk. Inside Dhaka City we delivery our product maximum 1 to 2 days.
Nearby Dhaka City: Our delivery charge 90Tk. Inside Dhaka City we delivery our product maximum 2 to 3 days.
Outside Dhaka City: Our delivery charge 120TK. Outside Dhaka City we delivery our product maximum 3 to 5 days.
